1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Silent Orbit grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and play Word Solve on an Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. In-Game Economy: Coins, Boosters & Subscriptions

The App features a virtual in-game economy designed to enhance puzzle gameplay:

• Virtual Coins & Boosters: In-game coins and power-ups (Single Letter Hints, Shuffle, Target Booster, Star Burst) are virtual game elements. They have no real-world financial value, cannot be redeemed for real currency or monetary value, and cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.
• Consumable Purchases (Coin Packs): When purchased through Google Play Billing, virtual coin packs are credited to your local game inventory and can be consumed during gameplay. These can be repurchased as needed.
• Non-Consumable Purchases (Lifetime No-Ads): Provides a permanent unlock to disable non-rewarded banner and interstitial advertisements. This purchase can be restored across compatible devices linked to the same Google Play account using the in-game "Restore Purchases" button.
• Subscriptions (VIP Crown Pass): Subscriptions provide ongoing premium benefits (such as daily bonus coins, exclusive themes, and ad-free play). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged directly to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscription Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store account settings (Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Word Solve). Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the active billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled exclusively by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's standard refund policies and must be requested directly through Google Play support.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to Word Solve—including all puzzle layouts, word databases, graphics, user interface designs, animations, sound effects, audio compositions, visual effects, character art, and software source code—are the exclusive property of Silent Orbit and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the App.

4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Word Solve fairly and lawfully. You agree NOT to:

• Use memory editors, bots, hacks, cheat engines, or automation tools to artificially modify puzzle solutions, coin balances, or level progression.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with security checks, Google Play billing validation, or ad delivery protocols.
• Distribute modified, cracked, or unauthorized APK packages of Word Solve.
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in the game economy.

5. Offline Play & Service Availability

Word Solve is engineered as an offline-first puzzle game. While core puzzle gameplay is accessible offline, certain features (such as Google Play Billing purchases, subscription validation, cloud testing telemetry, and optional rewarded ads) require an active internet connection. Silent Orbit does not warrant that online features will remain uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silent Orbit disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Silent Orbit or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use Word Solve, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting and uninstalling the App from all your devices. Silent Orbit reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate any of these Terms.
